Acknowledgements: Orders are acknowledged via fax within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellations/Changes: Cancellations must be made in writing. You will be charged for all work until time of cancellation or change. Changes require a new purchase order and may result in delayed shipment.

Shipping: UPS ground, expedited service and common carrier are available. COD not available. Title of goods passes to the customer at the time the merchandise is assigned to the carrier. FOB factory.

Drop/Split Shipping: Not available on all items. $6.25(v) per additional location when applicable.
Please add 5 business days to standard production time.

Drop Ship Address Format: We accept MS Excel, MS Word in comma-delimited text or tab delimited text in PC format. Please provide street address (NO PO BOXES) and verify all addresses for accuracy. Do not use a hyphen in zip code field. We cannot guarantee our products lost, spoiled or returned due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses nor provide credit. The cost to find or correct Zip codes is $4.00 (X) per address based on time availability. No handwritten or hardcopy drop ship lists over 10 address will be accepted. No exceptions.

The name or company can be left blank, but not both. Address2 may be left blank. If the quantity per address varies, a "quantity" field must be included. If it is a different item per address, an "Item" field must be included. Group addresses by item. Use the item # provided in our catalog.

Trademark/Illustration Usage: All materials submitted by the customer for use in producing items ordered, whether or not artwork is required, will be accepted as being submitted, in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademarks, service marks, copyright, right to privacy, patent or similar protection. The customer, by submitting such material, represents that the use thereof on the items ordered will not violate any such laws in the use of the customer’s materials. Upon order placement the customer agrees to hold Logo Dough Cookies harmless for any damages, costs and/or expenses when they arise under all such laws are a consequence of the use of said materials.
Problems/Returns: Claims for damage must be noted with the freight carrier at time of receipt. Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Claims for defects, shortages or deduction for erroneous charges must be presented to Logo Dough Cookies within 5 business days of receipt of goods. No returns are accepted without written authorization. We are not responsible for the inability to fill orders due to acts of nature, shortage of materials or any reasonable cause.
Rush Service: Call for availability and pricing.
Artwork Specifications: Only PC files created through Adobe Illustrator up to version CS2 accepted (.ai or .eps). E-mail/disk must include the company name, contact name, phone number and purchase order number. Non-digital artwork will incur an additional art charge.
Art Charges: $75.00(X) per hour with 1/2 hour minimum.
